Baseball tickets

Ok. I just put 40 tickets on hold for our group for 4th of july!!!!! We will play against the Memphis Redbirds at 7:05 at night. Fireworks after!!! YAY!!! Tickets will be 12$ a piece and I need the money all in by 21 days before the game. :) I put 40 on hold cause there are 38 for sure that I counted and then Aunt Linda said her grandboys might come. So, if I don't have money for all 40 in time, I will just cut it down to 38 :). He is putting us by 3rd base because he said that is the best seats. :) So that is the update I have for now! Love you family! It is coming up soon!!!

We are not going to do Sea World becuase it is going to be too pricy... I don't know who has railbaron, but I don't.. so.. someone will have to bring that *please* I am getting really excited!!! It is coming up soon!! I need to know if there are allergies or food issues that I need to know about when meal planning. :D Love to all!!

Sea World

My plan for now for things to do in July is Sea World on Saturday and Ball game on Sunday... thats just at night.. I was thinking church in the morning and games in the afternoon that day. :D I am going to call tomorrow to check on group pricing.. I can't find it on line.. don't know if I am savvy enough.. but anyway, I am hoping they have cheaper rates for groups.. or we may have to nix it cause it looks like the cheapest tickets are around 50$.... So, more info on that to come. We also have a great park by our house that we can do baseball, volleyball, swim, basketball, playground, just about anything you can think of.. including a gazeebo with free wifi access *uncle Nigel* :D More info to come. Aunt Debi I think is helping me track down Hotel rates too. :) Love to all!!!

Ok, so I found out today that the game that will be played on July 4 is Round Rock Express vs. the Memphis Redbirds... that could be interresting!! hahahah I can't get tickets put on hold until march 6. I will be calling that day to make sure we have enough on hold so I need to know how many can go. I think we are going to just do the reg. ticket prices not try to get the box cuase I think that is more than most of us can handle financially. So, let me know numbers for each family so I can get those on hold! thanks!!!

checking on interrest

One of the things I am looking into us doing for the reunion for next year, is going to a Round Rock Express game. They are our minor league baseball team out here. Anyway, I was thinking it would be a fun family night that all can enjoy! I called to find out about group rates and stuff.. and they have what they call a party box.. I think is what he called it.. anyway, it comes to about 30$ a person, but that is for a box where we can all sit together and unlimited food and beverage served to us buffet style. Another option is just buying tickets and trying to sit all together, which is about 12$ a person in the good seats.. and as low as 6$ a person for the grassy area... I am all about the seats.. hahahaa Anyway, does that sounds like a good plan to anyone?? Ideas? feedback... Thanks! :) love you all!!

Reunion date

The date on the calendar is July 2- 5 2010. Of course, people are welcome longer! :) or even shorter if need be.. *please don't need!! We want all the time we can get!! :)* At this point the plan is to put as many as want in our house.. we have lots of floor space.. some beds.. and a big back yard for tents! I am even going to borrow my aunt and uncles RV for some more room. I will find hotel's and prices in the area for those that would prefer. That is where things are at for now.. I am planing on trying to do a park day one day.. prolly not.. the 4th.. hahaha but we have a great park over here.. that has vollyball, baseball, pool... playground.. gazebo.. I will go take pics and post them pretty soon. Then I was also thinking of doing a day in San Anton.. probably at Sea World. If some don't want to, or can't do Sea World.. there is plenty of free stuff out there too!! Then I was thinking of doing a baseball game at our little minor league park on the 4th...I thought that would be fun, plus they will do big fireworks afterward. So that is my plan so far... give me imput please! One and all!!!!
